Street Outreach
If you are homeless but not staying in an emergency shelter or if mobility issues limit your ability to visit a daytime support center, Street Outreach workers can meet you at an agreed upon location in the community to evaluate your situation and connect you to the appropriate available resource based on your needs.
Domestic Violence
Please find a safe space and contact a local domestic violence agency or the National Domestic Violence Hotline. Trained staff will help ensure your safety. Housing and other resource needs can be addressed once you are safe.
